shipping policy
All orders will be processed and shipped as soon as possible, usually within 2 business days. Many orders ship on the same day. If you have an order that needs to be expedited, please call us directly. Orders with expedited processing will incur a $12 fee.
For delivery within the U.S., orders over $100 are shipped complimentary. The shipping charge for orders under $100 is a flat fee of $8. Some heavier packages may be subject to an additional charge.
Recycling is a part of all aspects of production and post-consumer products are used as much as possible for shipping.
ordering and payment
We accept PayPal as the method of payment. Payment is processed through PayPal and you will be given an invoice number and receive an e-mail confirmation when your order is submitted.
international orders
We do ship internationally. The shipping charge for orders to be delivered to Canada is a flat fee of $12. Some heavier items may incur additional shipping charges.
For international destinations other than Canada, you must email or call in your order (480-325-1950).
Please note that Jacobs Baby Botanicals is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed upon international shipments. You must pay exact shipping plus a small handling fee which will be calculated separately.
All international orders are shipped by FedEx or the U.S. Postal Service. However, we have no control over how long the customs office holds your package. Tracking and insurance are included in International shipments. We are not responsible for packages beyond the port of entry.
All customs forms will be filled out accurately to reflect the total value of your products. We will always indicate that the package is “MERCHANDISE”. We will not label any order as a "GIFT" to avoid fees or taxes. If asked to do so, we will immediately cancel your order. No refunds are issued for returns, but store credit will be issued.
International orders may require 5-7 days processing before shipments are made.

10 Day Return Policy
All returns must be postmarked within 10 days of package receipt in order to qualify for an exchange or store credit. All returned items must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition. All returns must be sent with delivery confirmation and/or tracking information. We are not responsible for return items lost in transit. Please include a copy of your packing list or receipt so that we can quickly process your return.
When return items are received and verified to be in new condition, we will issue a store credit for the amount of the merchandise returned. Shipping fees will not be credited.
Free Exchange Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returned products as well as for replacement products.
Exchange or Store Credit Only
Products can be returned for exchange or for store credit only. No refunds will be issued.
Gift Services
Our signature gift wrap with card enclosure is available for any gift sets or individual selections for only $5. Please include any special instructions in Contact Us with your request.
